I certify that I have listened to the entire ECJD orientation as part of my employment with the company. I understand that I am responsible for presenting myself professionally at all times in any facility I am sent to and that I will adhere to all the policies of that center. I understand that failure to do so may result in written warnings, or possible permanent termination from the center as well as ECJD.
