The childcare site placement staff is continuously trained on Florida state licensing requirements to keep you in compliance with the teachers we staff you with. Our substitute and permanent applicants are required to undertake a rigorous screening and evaluation process before being hired with our company. We require all applicants coming through our agency to provide current and unencumbered documentation from the State to bring with them to every center that they are placed in.
